Everybody needs to read the history of how that all went down. The timeline is most interesting. The suspicions about how it was all planned and they waited for an event to blame it on and install further oppression.

My grandfather always commented how; "We should never forget the past. As soon as we become complacent and forget we will be doomed to repeat it. So pass it down generation to generation."

Remember when the transparent administration singed a bill here in Denver a few years back. He released it for vote less than 24 hours before it was voted on. Congress passed it, he signed it. I think it was the stimulus bill. Point being they no time to read it, still voted yes. Most freely admitted they couldn't have read it in such a short time. I can only dream what folk s would sign now.

It was the "Green Energy" bill IIRC. Funneled billions into Solyndra, Abound etc.
Almost every company that received funding from this bill failed and filed bankruptcy.

Unfortunately, we live in a society where no one has the fortitude to do such things. If we aren't prepared to take our country back by any means necessary then we will forever be at our governments mercy.

Do you have a source for this? What I have heard and read about this issue has been very different from your assertion.
