A2 -vs- A4 (in pistol-caliber)

I've got an Olympic K9-GL A4 I've kind of tricked-out over the last few years. It's been a money-pit I've dumped far too much into.

I do like it a lot though. I've also got a Glock 19 & Glock 34.

I was thinking about buying another as a "house gun". Aside from mounting a Surefire weapon-light, I don't think I want to put a lot more money into it.

Any thoughts / suggestions on A2 -vs- A4 type configuration?

A2 mounting optics is a pain. Irons are solid. Lose, win.

A3/4 mounting optics is easy and so is back up irons. Win, win.
