Should this idiot follow through, I would guess something like:
- A series of painful and well earned lawsuits
- or...The state AG intervening in whatever manner Arkansas allows
- Some totally unwarranted arrests followed by number one above
Different states have different laws, but what they are proposing violates some well established US Supreme Court case law. This won't move far, if it starts at all.
I couldn't read the article because the website was too F-ing annoying with the advertisement that kept changing the format of the paragraph. But...what I did read sounded like a bunch of bullsheet.
