I'm glad you asked this question merl...I've been struggling to come up with another reason besides it's my property and I can choose to do with it what I want to. That reason is good enough for me, but it's not good enough for Hick and the wonderful state legislature. Jim, merl just looks to be playing devil's advocate to your examples.
