Crips, and having to defend yourself from the Police is always a possibility

He was a crip but wasn't a founding member or anything.

He also spent 4yrs in the Army.... got an article15 (not sure if company or field grade).... but he was an 11B.

Wow. Ice T was right on. And the fact that he did it on TV, publicly, with all that brings on him now, I'm just amazed.

And, as usual, Moore is an idiot. I'm sure he'd be happy to "modernize" the 1st amendment too...as long as it doesn't apply to him.

He actually- in the early 90's, IIRC, had a case of police brutality he rose with the LAPD... I don't remember what the result was, but he did get a pretty bad rep when he made the song "Cop Killa."

I'd say the Holy Ghost coming directly from Jesus helped the Founding Fathers write the Constitution. I think the Ice-T comment was meant to protect you from government, as the police are strong arm of the law, and if they can't get the job done, then the National Guard(or FBI,ATF, etc.). I am not condoning armed revolution, but the Constitution arms us to protect us, from a tyrannical government! It also arms us to allow us to lawfully defend ourselves. You will be happy with the government until you are abused by it. As far as Bloomberg, he is guarded by New York Police who are well armed . Michael Moore just wants to make money selling us controversial films. Of course all the videos can be edited to persuade you to certain point of view. As a child in Europe in the 1960's I still remember the tattoos on the arms of the survivors of the Nazi death camps...and yes I like Ice-T and his point of view.

Why can't the people like Moore that feel the U.S. Constitution is outdated and doesn't apply just pack up their crap and move to someplace that doesn't allow guns or whatever their cause of the day is??? This country was built on the foundation of what is in the Constitution and worked because of it - it's a free country, and I wish people like Moore would act on that freedom and leave if they don't like it the way the founding fathers intended.

It's very similar to Perlmutter's speach where he brought up the old saying of "guns don't kill people, people kill people" and then modified it to "crazy people with guns kill people" as justification for his "assault weapons ban" he will be introducing. Instead of going after the guns, go after the crazy people!!

Girlscouts? Hmmm, I don't know... I think it's kinda dangerous to teach young girls self esteem and leadership skills.
