maybe you want to turn in your guns
Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) on Wednesday afternoon urged people to turn in their guns, arguing it would be an appropriate response to last week's mass shooting in Newtown, Conn.
"I would personally just say to those who are listening, maybe you want to turn in your guns," Jackson Lee said on the House floor. "Oh no, I'm not going to take your guns. But look at what Dick's Sporting Goods did ... they wanted to be part of the solution and part of America."

So I'm thinking, why should law enforcement get involved with more buybacks that suck up their budget. I can be patriotic and take the hit myself!
So I can help the feeling-guilty among us right here on this forum. I'm thinking I could pay up to $375 for an M1A, $125 for a good-condition 1911 ($175 for a Colt). .22s right around $25. Shotguns for $40 ($60 for a fancy Italian gun with engraving). Rare Japanese WWII rifles for $200. I WILL BUY AMMO BY THE POUND -- $2.50/lb.
Step right up, fellas.
(Thought maybe this humor post fit better here than in Wanted.)
