    Get a custom barrel from Llija or Kreiger or Rock and have it cut and threaded with a thread cap. Thats what's impacting those, the threaded barrel.

    I have the guns I need. I went to get some 5.56 and there was nothing but target and hunting ammo. Decent price on .45 ACP so I picked up some extra. I'm OK for now but I would like some more surplus .30-06, just to have a little extra ya know.

    I don't need anything. But the urge to impulse buy is high. All this makes me want to get a handgun I had planned to buy next year.

    It's that old thing, once it's unavailable, you suddenly have to get it now. Like the girl back in highschool you didn't notice when she was single but as soon as she had a boyfriend, all of the sudden you had the hots for her.
