Default So what will an AR cost now?

How bad is this going to drive up the cost of an AR? Can we expect to see one that was going for 1000.00 possibly double in cost?

OD Green Supply expects you to pay $3,500 or more for a basic AR.

No I don't think double but probably 1.5x would seem logical... but these days nothing is logical

Basic Ar15 will be about $1800-2400 when the selves are restocked. The price will stay that way till the smokes settles and congress makes their play.

If nothing happens it will take about 2 years for the price to settle down. We wont see ARs at Walmart under $750 until the next presidental election, providing a Republican is elected.

If a new AWB goes into effect it will be much more restrictive than the 94 one was. With a new AWB I am guessing our beloved ARs will ended up being subjected to NFA like restrictions and similar prices.

Part of me is torn regarding a selling price. Do i sell at a current market price or sit on them? I am aware i could sell now for a good price, is today's sale price tomorrows gave it away one?
We all (ok most of us) have hammered some of the FIRM ASKING PRICES, posted, who knows.
My spouse who is indifferent to what i sell, trade, or buy is saying DON'T SELL ANYTHING!.
