    Default Kahr customer service...

    ROCKS!!!

    The mag release on my little PM9 started getting too touchy, and it would release the mag from just light touch while firing. I called them, and they were really friendly and interested in fixing the problem. They're sending me an upgraded mag release (at no charge), which they say should fix it. We'll see how it goes, but if it doesn't solve the problem, they said I can send it back and they'll handle it. That's how all customer service should be.

    I've had good experience with them as well. They certainly seem to go out of their way to help their customers. I even had them work on a gun I bought used from a pawn shop that had a minor issue. They did it for free.

    Anyone ever called or inquired about a barrel peening problem? Seems prevalent with the VA and VB series PM9s... and I just happen to have one with some mild peening.

    Ive had a few failures to feed with certain HP ammo. I read that this happened some with the early models (mine is a "VA".... serial number). I called, and they said to send it to them, and they'd inspect and polish it, then be sure it worked. I'll update when it comes back.

    I have not had any problems with my CW45, but it is good to know that I can look forward to good customer service if I require it.

    I got my barrel back in the mail yesterday. Polished up very nicely! It'll dry-feed ANYTHING now. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but expect that it's gonna be exactly as it should be. I'll post if its not...

    I wish S&W was the same way.. can't even get a live person on the phone and they've had my practically brand new MP340CT for repair for nearly 3 weeks without word.
