Ok I'll add my $.02, I have noticed a lot of flags at half mast since the tragedy, mostly at places that never had a flag before. Somehow it seems a little sad that these kids dying brings out "patriotism" that wasn't there before. Everyday there are people dying and these people don't care/notice, soldiers, police, firemen, and somehow it seems that these childrens lives were worth more than all the others who gave theirs for the country. These same people probably are the same ones who want the weapons banned, the ones who think that will solve all the problems. Or maybe I'm just a jaded asshole?

Great information Randy - very much appreciated. I'll have to try those stats out on my liberal sister-in-law. In addition to the stats you provided, imagine how large the US black population would be without the overwhelming number of abortions? The hispanic population has surpassed the black population as a result...

Liberalism is a misnomer because liberals do not believe in liberty. Liberalism, now being promoted as progressivism, is new wrapping for the old words collectivism (unions), leninism, socialism, marxism, and communism.

Why do liberals constantly change their name? Word association because liberal actions are so detrimental to the lives of those over whom liberals govern.

How many people did Stalin murder? How many people did Castro/Che murder? How many people were murdered during China's "cultural revolution". China continues to oppress it's citizens and perform forced abortions. How do unions make their point, they do it just like their mentors Stalin, Mao, and Che, through thuggery, lies, and coercion.

How are these mass murderers presented to us by the liberal press? As heroes, as men whose footsteps we should follow, as governments to model our own after.

Liberals murder people, directly through policy and indirectly by voting for those who implement that policy.
