The problem with a wristband is identifying it at a distance. Therefore, what is needed is an identifying hat that can't be mistaken for anything but the secret COAR-15 cabal. Here is one that should work well:

Yes, perhaps a bit pimpish, but it is of a style popularized by the late Chi Chi Rodriguez - a famous golfer. Another advantage is it seems to have most, in not all, of the COAR-15 colors so recognition can be nearly instantaneous. We can get a price break for a buy of 10,000 or more, individual price is $30 ea on EBay.
