1994-2004 AWB ban, what did IT look like?

My memories? I had an order in for 2 ARs from Olympic Arms before the ban was enacted. They sat on my orders and everyone else's at the time, and when the ban became law, they doubled the prices. Swore I would never do business with them again!

Not to be an A-hole here or anything, but I'm actually in a good place right now. I actually can say that I realistically have everything I need in the gun/ammo/mag department, and even a little extra. God's been good to me. I think he supports my hobby, within reason. :-)

from what I have read is that feinstein is basically building off the previous AWB and instead of 2 features it is down to 1. the mag ban would be in effect as well....big fucking deal. there are millions if not tens of millions of em out there. plenty enough to hold out until we can reverse this BS...IF it evens happens.

I'm more worried about what would happen in CO than I would on the federal level.

It sounds like our ONLY choice to stop any ban is to contact our reps, in every and all ways possible and let them know we will NEVER support them, in fact support who ever is against it regardless of who/what they are, if they vote for any type of ban. But we ALL have to speak up loudly and often!!! Not just sit and watch others do it for us.

Show how fast someone with a semi-auto hunting rifle can engage multiple targets with 10 round magazines in 60 seconds (say 10 IPSC steels) . Unfortunately, I know the answer, but they continue to fail to realize it doesn't matter, so why are they wasting time and money on it, not to mention their arguments are utter shit.
