Capitalism works because nobody can sell a product for more than what someone else is willing to pay for it. Unless of course it's a .gov contract. In which case you can sell a $20 hammer for $100.

This is really what's wrong with Armslist, and Craigslist has the same problem. The flagging system is easily abused. The "overpriced police" think it's their job (or their amusement, whatever) to go through ads and flag the ones that are overpriced. You can't sell something for a price that you and the buyer think is a fair price - you can only sell for the price you can get past the flaggers.
That the system allows such behavior is the system's problem at the end of the day. Doesn't excuse the behavior of individuals, though.
