A reminder from Luby's massacre survivor
Survivor of the Luby's massacre of '91, later a state House rep, tells her story to congress.

I would vote for her if she ran for president!!! I have never heard of this woman, I wonder why? She needs to/I wish she would, come forward and speak again for our rights. I was impressed.
She was in the Texas House of Representatives for a decade (she ran after the shooting) ... helped write and pass Texas' current Shall Issue CCW law.Originally Posted by robertcolorado2009

That was a monumental event for me. I've carried concealed since the day of the massacre. Life changer to say the least
I would highly recommended her book...it is a good read.
The family used to eat a Luby's (not this one) after church on Sundays. This one hit close to home, when it happened.
