    City News Service says weapons can be turned in with no questions asked. Handguns, rifles and shotguns can be exchanged for $100 Ralphs grocery store gift cars. An automatic weapons will earn a $200 card.

    I can't think of anything me or my immediate family even owned that was worth less than $200 when it came to firearms. My brother's old lever action stevens .22 is worth more than that as a wall piece let alone a functioning rifle.

    We've got to think of a new term for "buyback". It's flat wrong.

    "Taxpayer-funded voluntary confiscation" doesn't really roll off the tongue, but it's more accurate. Any ideas?
