Just bought an RIA M206
Just picked up a Rock Island M206 snubby .38 for $228 out the door. Grabbed a belly band holster too, since this is intended to be my inexpensive jogging rig. I'll let you guys know how she runs and shoots!

I saw one of these the other day and was almost tempted to pick it up. Looking forward to hearing more about it.
Well I got out to shoot the new gun tonight and.... It didn't. It has an extreme case of light strikes. Some primers weren't even dented at all. I contacted RIA about it, and I'll update you guys with how they handle it.

Did you try different ammo? Just in case it was the ammo? I had issues with a similar pistol, changed ammo and fired. Of course you want to feed it whatev, but sometimes it doesn't work out that way.
RIA support was wonderful when they fixed an issue I had with one of their 1911s. They really went above and beyond, gave it a whole fluff and buff when it just needed the grip safety fixed.
Ivan And Arnel will take care of it. they always do right by there customers. I sent in a 1911 due to not hitting POA after 1000 rounds. they just straight up replaced it free of charge and sent me free ammo to boot. Customer service is top rate.

They are handling my issue like shit. They never answer the phone, and when they do, they tell me that they will call me back but I've never got a return phone call from them. I still don't even know if they received my gun. This is my second time dealing with this shitty company and I will never deal with them again. Just a huge fluster cluck over at ria.

That sucks ass. Sorry they are giving you the run around.
I really messed up by sending it back to the manufacturer and not bringing it to a gunsmith instead.
