    And the final straw with my C-Products 20rd mag...led to a 3-round pileup in the chamber and I promptly unloaded the magazine and donated it to the range...

    Yeah what happened is my CPro mag always always popped the top round up half way when pulling the bolt back...when the bullet popped up on the right hand side, it blocked the previous round from ejecting....then this time it double fed on top of that...
