One big problem is that many think that crazy is cool. Well it ain't. Mental Illness is the easiest to fake to get disability, which makes it the new welfare. There are thousands of maroons that are recieving SSDI for "mental illness" that do not work, do not pay taxes, get high all day and drain society. So anyone that has a disability for mental illness DO NOT need to have a gun of any sort. Unfortunately that includes our warriors coming home. They either need to not get a disabilty or cowboy up. I know that being in a combat situation is fucked up and I can only imagine how tough it must be after they come home.

Everybody has had an anxiety attack or two in their life but it is a matter of how you handle it and I believe in mind over matter. You/we need to develope the mind set to keep our rights. There are many and I mean many rich and powerful politicians and magnates that would love nothing better to take away as many rights as they can get away with. And taking guns away is only a step away from subjegation...

I have a degree in Psychology- BS not liberal retard BA- which is probably why I work on cars for a living.

However psychological experiments were my favorite- put an out of order sign on the ladies room to see how many would sneak into the mens room, fill a crowded lecture room with latino, black, and white students all grouped together with only one seat left at each table and note where incoming students sent to the lecture hall chose to sit, put a sign on the door that class has been moved to another room in another building and see how many students went to the relocated class and how many blew it off, etc. etc. etc., Any situation can be a psych experiment to see how different people react in different situations.

I'm a 50%+ SCDV, I have PTSD in my VA disability file, and I own several guns... I don't let my PTSD get the better of me, it's called self-control. Do you consider PTSD/related anxiety to be a cause to not own a gun? Like you said, you can only imagine, but you don't know. It varies per person and you can't just blanket judge an entire group of people because maybe a few can't function normally with a disorder like that.

That's what I am saying Brother. Self-control and stamina and will power is what it takes.....That's why mental health is such a stigma. "They" group all "patients" with the junkies, crack heads and meth freaks that don't do a damn thing for society...
