I dont normally asscoiate "Precision Optics" and under $200, but...

Try looking at a Weaver T-16 scopes. The guts of them are really well made and the clicks hold up over time. A lot of cheaper scopes have absolute crap insides and they wear out of fail in short order. They are really popular with Silhouette shooters cause they last, are light, and the clicks track well.

Sightron is pretty good as well.

Burris is pretty much over your $$$ limit, but is closer than Leupold, Nightforce, USO or S&B.
