    Question Getting Certified- Centennial Defense Academy

    So I'm scheduling to finally get it done, go and get my NRA Pistol Instructor Certification this month, and looking on the NRA Instructors listing found one for Centennial Defense Academy in Englewood... Has anyone dealt with this organization before? Does anyone know anything about it? Also, anyone here an NRA Certified instructor? What do I need prior to taking this course? Thanks.

    Try not to fall asleep. Bring a pen.

    Remember that the course they certify you for is the standard for colorado Ccw and you'll understand why most instructors have their own syllabus

    So it's boring? But what if I'm a gun nut and absolutely love anything having to do with the sport? Will I still be at risk of being bored? Is there any practical applications involved in class, like range time, etc.?

    Aw, now where's the fun in that!? Meh, means to an end... I might be getting a P/T position as an instructor somewhere in the Denver Metro area after getting certified, I'll keep you all posted...
