Wow, sucks for a few of the vendors on the forum as a few of them were doing the call in checks for peeps at TGS and their places of business. Plus, some home based FFL's may not want to hold someone's internet order for that long.
So someone educate me on CBI since I'm not perfectly clear on it (just moved here around a year ago). This is a Colorado only thing, right? Did Colorado passed some redundant legislature requiring this in addition to NICS sometime back?
Are the folks in other states (only using NICS) not experiencing this kind of problem?
I'm interested as well. I talked with a buddy in Michigan and he stated the hysteria is also strong there with people buying up anything related to an AR, but didn't know about whether or not there were delays in the NICS check.
