If you sell it let me know some of the details about it... I've always wanted a Tacoma.

Didn't watch the game but that's awesome, didn't know they won.
Yeah, I worded that poorly..I meant that I didnt need a new one. Be nice, but its really the same truck, just smells better.

If you want a new truck get a new truck sell it privately. The dealerships going to rape you based on what I've seen here... At least I would, and I don't even sell cars.

I have my truck, car and Harley all paid off. I was once dumb and into new cars; man I dont miss those day of $549 car payments.
Keep your money for toys, maybe get a motorcycle. With $3.00+ a gallon it will pay it's self of in a year.

If you have to sell stuff and raid the piggy bank to get into a new truck then you absoulely should keep the old one. Only get rid of it if it is nickle and diming you to death.
Plates for a new truck are going to be double what you are paying now.

I bought another silver dollar today at a pawn shop. I'm gonna keep religiously servicing my trucks, oil, tran fluid. Hell I even change the brake fluid every year. Belts, plugs, etc. House is paid for, so I am going to keep buying silver. I say keep it and take really good care of it! Put the money into something that will hold its value...

Like the others have said... why bother paying interest on something that depreciate every single day and mile. You own one free and clear.. keep it!

Keep it, you like it, you don't need a new one, it is paid for. Have you done the timing belt/water pump yet?

Paid off long ago. Mobile 1 and a wix filter every 7k, tranny and pumpkins serviced at 75k, plugs and belt at 60k. Thinking of doing the front wheel bearings as a preventative measure along with the upper ball joints. Havent looked into the water pump and timing belt yet. Coming up on the 100k service mark though...
