My hunting/fishing/shooting buddy's sister and B-I-L live in Rock Springs, and he and I have gone up there to go field goat hunting several times. It's not a bad place, small-ish and quiet, but plenty of money around from oil companies. Just remember Wyoming is VERY 2A friendly...

Well I sure wouldn't mind being a small town cop- hell, with Jeffco I was planning on staying at the Mountain Precinct the whole time... So it is what it is. But DFBrews says it's ugly... not sure what that means, but it doesn't sound good.

I lived in WY for 5 years... ratios of men to women are too high for my tastes, the only weather is windy, and Cheyenne perpetually smells like ass due to the refinery. All worth it to get away from the stench of liberals in my book. :-)
