Well to be honest I would say just get over it... **** happens all over the place and if we start getting to worried about it there would be allot of empty apartments which wouldnt be good... Some guy killed himself, the apartment didnt kill him...

Gotta say I'm with hoser on this one Ken...it would bother me. Not in a "peeing my jammies because there is a ghost sitting on my couch at midnight" way, but in a "constantly thinking about some dude taking his life in my living room" way.
