The Hick has spoken and the Dems are a majority. We can guess they are going to try. I have been doing a bit of research to look at the facts in Colorado. I figured I would share a few links on hard facts in Colorado and across the nation. Here are a few links. Here is a no brainer as our incarceration rate went up Crime and Violent crime went down Signifigantly.

We only had 149 homicides in 2011 including negligent homicides. Our Population was 5,116,796 Homicide rate of 2.9 per 100,000. Thats incredibly low and far below the national average of 4.2. The District of Columbia tops them all with a rate of 17.5.

Of the Homicides in 2011 147 in this table (149 in the other) only 3 were with rifles 39 with Handguns and 26 Other firearms. Why are they wanting to ban semi auto rifles and pistols?
