I ordered an upper a few weeks ago and since I didn't know it would take so long for them to ship it I need to change my address on the order. I have tried to call them and after weeks of getting a busy signal, I finally got on hold today. After 1:30 of being on hold I got disconnected. I have sent many emails that have not yet been answered. Does anybody have an extension or a contact there that I could talk to? I am moving tomorrow do that's why I need to change my address on my order.
