I've seen fewer junkies on the streets of Amsterdam than I have in any major US city. (Maybe because they were all chilling in the gov methadone clinics...) And I certainly don't want to support inmates incarcerated for drugs in the US prison system. Letting addicts OD? Darwinism.........
