Currently off the wagon. I ran just over 150 miles in 2012 and ran in every month but February.

More power to you guys. Health issues and lots of sports injuries in my youth have taken their toll on me. The only thing I run from is fire.

I take my two year old golden retriever 2+ miles every morning. She needs it or she is is crazy high energy. It's a good routine for me too. I usually do intervals, sprint, jog, walk if I am really beat.

Let's see here. After two back surgeries and two hip surgeries, I decided to work my way up through running and cross-fit again. This week I did a 10K with a 8:35 pace and I can run the 5K just under 22 minutes. I feel good about it except that my left leg is usually numb for a while after the runs
