Was at 5280 around noon to pick up a couple 1911 mags, complete mad house! Phone never stopped ringing. I saw several AR's (Colts even) and a few AK's, no clue what was sold or available. They were selling Pmags, looked like from behind the counter. Doubt if I'll be back anytime soon.
Feel free to read my impressions of 5280 Armory in the Dealer Range Review.
That said, be real people! Local gun shops are going bat shit crazy with panic buying. The 20 customers in front of me, with product in hand, are more important than a "tire kicker" on the phone. Where would you focus your efforts?
As far as $100 transfers go, if people are willing to pay that, more power to them. I wouldn't.

I guess 5280 is hoping to rip people off as much as they can then be out of business once a ban pass.
The phones are very difficult, and the priority has to be the person standing in front of you at the counter. Add to that the fact that fully 35% of the calls are people asking when their background check is going to be done, and.. well you get the idea.
Just went to Trigger Time to get some rounds down range. They have 1 AR on consignment asking $1750. They have zero AR's of their own stock.
$100 transfers way to attract customers, which I had my FFL so I could do them for $60 lol. A lot of these dealers are incredible at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
MGT had some but expect to pay premium. Colt 6920's are 3K and I saw the infamous 5K SCAR
Firing Line put out a NIB Colt 6920 Magpul FDE edition last week. The price tag was $1449. It didn't last long.
