My buddy sells his bacon to Tonys Meats. It's called Tender Belly. Expensive but delicious. Other than Tonys, it's only sold to restaurants.

My freezer, born and raised about 75 yards from my house. :-P Have some halves of pork available in late April, not just bacon but jalepeno cheddar brats, pork chops, roasts, german sausage...mmm, need to pull a package of bacon out for breakfast tomorrow. :-)

I guess I need to keep another one for the family, kept a pig in September, we got 18 pounds of bacon and down to two pounds. May have to switch to beef bacon soon. Pulled these chops out for dinner tomorrow.
