Default The State of Wyoming telling the Feds NO on Gun Control?

    http://legisweb.state.wy.us/2013/Introduced/HB0104.pdf

I don't actually know how much fact is here but it looks like the State of Wyoming is telling the Feds that they will NOT enforce any new gun laws that are made. Good for them and I wish CO had balls like this and I hope other States follow.

Reminds me of Montana's Firearms Freedom Act.

Interesting. If I read section (b) right, it says the state would prosecute a federal agent with a felony for enforcing any new gun legislation, and section (c) says the state's Attorney General's office would be the defense attorney in federal court if a Wyoming citizen is charged with a crime under new federal gun laws. Too bad it's a hell of a daily drive from Cheyenne to Lakewood for work.

Sure wish our State Reps had the balls to introduce this in our legislative session.

Finally someone is standing up, I agree I wish Colorado would do the same. The worst is when people say that "you don't need an assault rifle to kill a deer". I guess some politicians need to brush up on their knowledge of the meaning of the 2nd amendment

It hasn't been tested in court yet so (to the best of my knowledge) no one is selling cans over the counter.
