Is there a way with vBulletin to default sort the Feedback forum to alphabetical? I know I can do it on my end for myself.

Maybe, but I don't see enough to warrant it... Most people find them via search anyways.

"Praise be to our prophet, John Moses Browning, who hath bestowed upon us the new testament of shooting. Delivered unto us, his disciples, on 29 March 1911 A.D."
In every forum there is a menu bar across the list of all of the threads.
On the left side of this menu bar it says "Title / Thread Starter". If you click on the word "Title", the forum will list the threads alphabetically.
If folks follow the rules & only title a new feedback thread using just the member name (no "+1" or added comments in the title), it should be easy enough to find threads for members.
Of course everyone should ALWAYS be checking for a pre-existing thread for a member before creating a new feedback thread for a member.

That's how I used to manage clean up in the feedback forum until I found this method of sorting.
