    Default Armslist Buying...

When you go to meet someone what do you require from people off of arms list?

Checking Photo ID to prove residence and age?

Check the ID or CHL. I've done a bill of sale a couple of times but it wasn't my requirement.

ETA: "Is there any reason, under federal or Colorado state law that you're not able to lawfully possess..." It's a good CYA question.

CCW preferred for me but I've asked for a CO DL as well.

At least the CO DL but I also ask if they are a convicted felon. Never hurts to ask. They can always lie but it gives me piece of mind.

You had to google that Bob? Couldn't just use the 'search' function on the site..

Dear Mods.. instead of a 'new post' button for anyone under 6 months of age on the site.. can it be somehow changed to 'someone already covered my question, let's look for it'

I'm sure the n00bs know that none of us could have possibly covered any of their questions in life.. EVER.

That is the closest smiley to "use the search function" that I could find.
    I know, on my part.

You know, you could also take the question more along the lines of: I'd sell to folks on the forum with good feedback just by seeing their face matching the DL. But dealing with schmucks off armslist, would that raise your caution level at all to require more validation?
