What will the Ministry of (mis)information say was the reason you were swatted?
will you be the Guy with an arsenal of military grade assault rifles and "hundreds of rounds of ammunition"?
Will you be the Domestic terrorist making bombs in the Garage
Overly medicated and killed in a shootout with police?

I look at the news and I wonder if Enemies of the State aren't already being eliminated in this manner.

I wouldn't say I have an arsenal, but I have some that Feinstein would like to take away. And I have always bought bulk ammo to keep range costs down.

This crosses my mind every time I post something on any forum. Hell, my own mother called me "radical" a couple days ago for posting on FB that the U.S. is not a democracy. Imagine what Feinstein's ilk would think reading some of the threads on this board.

But we're not a democracy. We're a constitutional republic.... Why isn't that a well known fact, and why in the world is knowing that considered "radical"?!

I've always bought in bulk too, because it's far cheaper that way and sometimes the price skyrockets right before a range day or class.... I try to buy when the price is lowest, just like everything else. That doesn't mean I'm any kind of fringe lunatic. I'm just a responsible shopper with a fairly expensive hobby. If someone wants to count my small can of .22lr bullets and tell me how many are there, that would be great. Bricks of 1000rd's of .22lr used to be $20. I don't see the "radical-ness" at all, but I do see how the media can paint someone out to be a wacko, pretty easily.

Having ONE rifle and ONE handgun doesn't worry me. Having hundreds (but not thousands) of ammo also doesn't. But it does concern me a little after someone posted that Walmart just seized ammo sales until further notice. I won't worry, depending on what the gubbin'ment says tomorrow about it's proposed legislation...
