COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Police say two people were killed when they returned home and encountered a burglary in progress Monday.
“The suspect shot both victims before fleeing the scene,” says Colorado Springs police spokeswoman Barbara Miller.
This happened at 222 Bassett Drive.
She says a person of interest was being questioned late Monday.
No other information was released.
