This is not a rumor or unsubstantiated, but it is ridiculous... There was a petition that got enough signatures today to merit a response from the WH. Megyn Kelly talked about it today- Petition to have the US Government build a death star (like star wars). It prompted the WH petitions to now require 100,000 signatures to cut down or the silliness... like a Monty Python inspired petition...
