No Substance is NOT a good thing. We didn't get any substance prior to the Health Care bill passing and look how that turned out. No substance is worse than substance. Substance at least tells us what we need to foucs our fight on. No subtance just allows them to continue to paint true 2nd supporters as "unresonable".
