Bingo. Your health is about... well.. you're health. Whatever you want to say is up to you and now the government has created a large portion of the population who doesn't trust their doctor and will go out of their way to not reveal everything to them for fear of forfeiting their rights as a result. I'm sure that's not what the administration had in mind but that's what happens when you pass legislation you don't don't think through using common sense and logic.

Agreed. My fundamental premise is the expectation of the CDC producing a biased report. If it turns out to be well-researched and balanced, there is the chance it might be helpful to protect 2A rights. I guess this is indicative of what I have grown to expect from this Administration.
I'll research the previous report. If done well, it may prove a precedent that will be difficult for an 'update' by CDC to overturn.
CDC is fairly good at being apolitical with their stuff. As pointed out before, they've been down this road.
My actual expectations are that the CDC might recommend a loosening of drug laws if we want to see a lowering of gun crime, as much gun crime is related to the drug trade.
I hope that we all see now that writing letters and calling our Congress Critters is the least that we should be doing now.

Great points, reposting on www.ColoradoRacing.com.
Does anyone have a guess as to what Colorado and Denver will try to write into law? I am not familiar with the circumstances of how the Denver magazine limitations occurred but would assume they will try to pass something more stringent than new federal regulations.
