Someone educate me on this, since I'm new to the platform. She says, with the right ammo, that because of the high velocity... you don't have to worry about it penetrating walls in your home. Can someone enlighten me as to what ammo she is talking about that won't penetrate a wall? I haven't really studied .223 ballistics yet, but I was under the impression that it would probably be a great penetrator.

Is she referring to frangible ammo? And is that the suggested type of round for home defense in an AR?
