Does anyone know the value of an Eagle Arms AR15 20" barrel?

Since getting into Firearms my cousin is trying to sell me an Eagle Arms AR15 that hasn't been shot in 10 years. He thinks its about 20yrs old. Does anyone know anything about this rifle? He needs some money and I want to give him a fair price!

Eagle Arms is a subsidiary of Armalite IIRC, Armalite at one point in time did not sell parts ala Colt and they brewed up Eagle to sell individual components for builders.
Rumour has it that Eagle components did not pass Armalite muster and they were an outlet for those components instead of scrapping them. I had one for a while, nothing special and did what it was supposed to.
In a normal market-6-700.00, we would usually give 5-600.00 trade in.
In this market whatever a buyer will pay that makes the seller happy.
