Depending on the when/where, I'd probably make it and be the token Boulder attendee.

Once again what's the 411 on this shindig? Trying to find a place that will handle parking for X without preparing weeks ahead of time sounds like it ain't gonna happen.
Any reason you are unable to host the board members and not have any shooting at your place?
