    Default CCW in Rural Counties...

I own some property in Lake County and was considering applying for CCW in that county. However, the Lake County Sheriff has no information on it, forms, etc. My inquiries have gone unanswered. What would you all suggest I use for an application? Thanks!

I'd go in person to the sheriff's office and if they can't give you the paperwork ask to speak to the sheriff or setup an appointment with him.

You need to use the county of your actual residence. If Lake County is actually where you reside, then I would suggest going to the sheriff's office with copies of the proof you need for showing competence in handguns and asking what hours that they accept applications.
