    Default Kindergarten "No Tolerence" Policy

Pa. kindergartner suspended for bubble gun remark
    Associated Press
    Source: http://news.yahoo.com/pa-kindergartn...035057936.html

MOUNT CARMEL, Pa. (AP) — A 5-year-old Pennsylvania girl who told another girl she was going to shoot her with a pink toy gun that blows soapy bubbles has been suspended from kindergarten.
Her family has hired an attorney to fight the punishment, which initially was 10 days but was reduced to two.
Attorney Robin Ficker says Mount Carmel Area School District officials labeled the girl a "terrorist threat" for the bubble gun remark, made Jan. 10 as both girls waited for a school bus.
Ficker says the girl didn't even have the bubble gun with her and has never fired a real gun. He says she's "the least terroristic person in Pennsylvania."
School district solicitor Edward Greco tells pennlive.com (http://bit.ly/13Nu0QF ) officials are looking into the case. He said Friday school officials aren't at liberty to discuss disciplinary actions.

Can't say I'm surprised. I was in a similar situation in high school.

You owned a bubble gun in high school?

No, they're not. The people that create these policies are actually geniuses.

The stated purpose of these zero tolerance policies is to make schools "safer".

But the real purpose of these polices is threefold:

    1. So radically demonize guns that in the minds of these children even pointing a finger and saying "bang" is as bad as murdering all your classmates. Then when you grow up you are less likely to be a gun owner and more likely to be a gun control supporter (and a supporter of an all powerful state).
    2. Get the children used to arbitrary and capricious laws ruling their every action and thought. No matter how illogical, irrational or just plain crazy the rules are you obey without question. This way when they're someday asked to load their fellow citizens onto cattle cars they'll never think twice about it (or at least they will grow up never thinking to question bad laws).
    3. Eliminate the concept of personal responsibility (in both the children and the teachers). The rules have "zero" room for interpretation so again you just do what you're told regardless of how illogical. And if something bad DOES happen (like in Sandy Hook) you (the teachers and administrators) have zero liability for the carnage (this is also why so many oppose arming teachers ... then they would be culpable if children are slaughtered en masse). And the children grow up craving more and more laws to control them because the real killer is liberty.

We're up against a cunning and wile evil here, don't underestimate your enemies assuming them to be stupid.

Must I say it again? Agenda 21 is directly behind #2 (and 3 is related) above! C'mon people, know thy enemy. Learn about it... Oh, and no tinfoil required since it's been adopted in many school districts across the nation (parts of TX, however, have thrown it out! YEAH!). Kids are being taught, on purpose, that 2+2 doesn't equal 4! But instead, that 2+2= 'whatever the "expert" tells you it is'! And so on, etc. etc. Why? Well, for one reason, as Zundfolge pointed out, they won't question 'orders' when the time comes to do what tptb want them to do! Learn from history...

Was it an Assault Bubble Gun? Perhaps it had a high capacity bubble dispenser.

If the other little girl had gotten soapy bubbles in her eyes, it could have been very painful.

Bubble Guns can be a gateway weapon. It seems like fun and games till someone gets a hold of a sudsy nuclear device.

Where was the armed school resource officer during this threatening Bubble Gun conversation? I think the teachers need to be equipped ant trained with Bubble Guns. If it would only save one child.
