9news did cover it but really ?? No offense but, the only sound bite was," we are afraid of Obama and the dems are gonna take our guns " I am sure there was better sound bites then that, how about our 2nd amendment rights are being infringed upon and the 2nd amendment is designed to protect the rest of the constitution !

I had my speech to any press inquiry rehearsed. "No Comment" doesn't take a lot of practice. They were looking for a yahoo. They found one.

Definitely a win. Good folks all around.

Had to leave after Jim Mapes, bummed me out.

Need to start a sticky listing upcoming 2A events.

Justin Durnford was one of several people waving a Tea Party flag during the rally.

I do not know what to think of the Denver Post. Of all major market newspapers I have subscribed to in my life this one has the most blatantly ideological staff I have seen.

A steal from Wiki, but it is exactly what the DP is engaged in.
Propaganda is a form of communication that is aimed towards influencing the attitude of a community toward some cause or position by presenting only one side of an argument. Propaganda is usually repeated and dispersed over a wide variety of media in order to create the chosen result in audience attitudes.
As opposed to impartially providing information, propaganda, in its most basic sense, presents information primarily to influence an audience. Propaganda often presents facts selectively (thus possibly lying by omission) to encourage a particular synthesis, or uses loaded messages to produce an emotional rather than rational response to the information presented. The desired result is a change of the attitude toward the subject in the target audience to further a political, religious or commercial agenda. Propaganda can be used as a form of ideological warfare."

It was great meeting everyone at Starbucks and walking to the rally.

DP does a very thorough job of using only those images that carry some negativity for any cause that's in oppostition of their own views.
    My Feedback
Credit TFOGGER : Liberals only want things to be "fair and just" if it benefits them.
Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."

Had a good time at the rally yesterday. Brought my wife and son and another couple (I took the attached pic). I was wearing a dark gray suit with red tie, standing back left of the statue. Got a lot of comments on the sign - the back says "Molon Labe", which surprisingly many asked about (didn't understand it). Good speakers, especially Chris Hobart and Bob. Could have done without the singing guy, tho.

I echo the earlier comment about lots of middle aged white guys with beards - I was just another of em!
