Negligent Discharge at NC gun show

I haven't seen a single instance of a negligent discharge anywhere in the news. I have, however, seen reports of ACCIDENTAL discharges where someone put their finger on the trigger before checking to ensure the chamber was empty.

Sure, I can understand how incredibly busy these events are right now, total craziness is breaking out. But the 4 laws of gun safety are there FOR A REASON and when things get more hectic, you need to focus MORE on those laws.

Three people including a retired sheriff's deputy were wounded on Saturday at a gun show in North Carolina when a 12-gauge shotgun accidentally discharged as its owner was taking it out of its case, state officials said.

The owner put a loaded gun into a case, and put his finger on the trigger when he removed it from the case. Nothing accidental about it, it was sheer negligence.

Really? We're just a bit beyond "taking the high road" with some of these lefties (sorry to insult your people). There are only so many times one can "turn the other cheek" before it's time to stand up and throw a few punches of our own. Sites and groups like we're talking about here don't give a shit how we present ourselves or our views, they are the same folks who think this world would be a better place if all gun owners just turn our guns on ourselves. Why don't you step out of your utopian box and come into the real world for a change? The only way to stop a wolf is to take on some of the traits a wolf has, like teeth, and fight. I didn't post the orignal thread, just posted inside the "Negligent Discharge at NC gunshow" and explained why I posted inside it even though the other was apparently the original thread on it.

But the next time I decide to not author a repost, I'll search for an original thread first.
