Default Looking for a AR Rail Part.

When I was at RM3Gun, several people on their AR's had Ironsights much like a pistol fiberoptic ironsights offset to the right of their scopes on the rail 45*degrees position.

I've done a search on them over the Net, but havent been lucky enough to find them or remotely come close to guessing what they are.

Does anyone know exactly what the offset sights are called, or could link a website or two for me?

Something tells me he wasn't asking about rails.

...but I'll let DocMedic speak for himself.
