Hate him viscerally? Yes, as a matter of fact, I do. Doesn't mean it makes sense to call him Hitler. There's nothing wrong with pointing out disturbing similarities, which I agree with wholeheartedly. I'm just saying that it's been drastically overused and done to death for too long (decades). Anybody who sees someone else as evil or overbearing throws out the Hitler bit, no matter what the argumentative arena.

I don't get to impose my views on anybody, so take offense at your own choosing. Just expressing my opinion that immediately playing the Hitler card when expressing distaste for somebody, cheapens the memory of his atrocities and relegates him to just a derogatory epithet.
