Did anyone else go this last Sunday?

Wow, I haven't had my hopes up for the Tanner in a long damn time, but I was surprised at the disappointment this round.

Naturally, there's the usual gun show lingerers present. .
Navajo Joe was there selling worthless trinkets and horse blankets, and of course the two morbidly obese women selling beef jerky ( I think they ate more than they sold. )

One guy had some beat to Hell M1 carbines for $900 each. There were also numerous M1903's and M1917's for $800+, and M1's for over a grand. All of the ammunition there must have been gold jacketed, or at least it should have been for those prices. .

The highlight of the evening was the one fellow who wanted to trade an Israeli night vision scope for a Lady Smith. Gee, I wonder if it still worked?

And what gun show can be complete without the Stun-Gun guy? I swear, that thing was going off every other minute. For a moment there, I was contemplating on whether or not to scream out in pain just to make it seem like someone got shocked.

All in all, I walked out of there with some 7.62x54R, some 9mm, and a soft pistol case.

If you missed out, well, consider it $6 well saved. .
