Apparently they think that putting hearts and butterflies on the new stamp will make most people not realize that the rest is Arabic and NOT something we want to support.The second MUSLIM one!!!



USPS New 46-Cent Stamp Celebrates a Muslim holiday.President Obama has directed the United States Postal Service To REMEMBER and HONOR the EID MUSLIM holiday season with a new commemorative 46 Cent First Class Holiday Postage Stamp.
REMEMBER: Adamantly and vocally BOYCOTT this stamp, If/when you purchase stamps at a post office.All you have to say is "No thank you, I do not want A Muslim Stamp on my letters!"

unless USPS is advertizing on stamps now, my bet is they gave a contract to zazzle to print custom stamps. yep, here it is http://www.zazzle.com/stamps

I wonder what restrictions they have on the images there. Would an AR15 stamp replace a flag as your favorite?

Then allow me to hate on just the USPS. I went to mail out postcards to my customer list yesterday. The first, closest USPS was a small store and they were out of postcard stamps. OK. Went the closest major hub. THEY were also out of postcard stamps. You are the fucking post office. You job is to sell me some goddamn stamps. All I expect is for you to do your damn job. And you can't even do that. Screw you guys.

except in the OP case the hate is misplaced at USPS. USPS didn't print those stamps, a company that makes custom swag printed them.

As for being out of postcard stamps. they are being a good (dishonest) business. Sure we offer lower rates on postcards. Oops it seems we're out of those here are some regular rate stamps though.

USPS tracking indicated that they delivered my package at 0939 yesterday?!?!? My mail man doesn't get to my house until closer to 6 PM! They have no idea where it is!!!!

i agree my local PO lost the pmags i sent to gunner and are stonewalling me about activating a trace
