Lemme get this straight- so he used a picture (no mention of how he found it- pretty one sided story there) of two guys kissing to show that certain politicians were pro-gay, and now they're requesting pretty much every shred of paper associated with RMGO? that's what initially came to mind--the plaintiffs are represented by the southern poverty law center, which is quite quick to label folks "hate groups" or otherwise put their leftist-agenda labels on groups that say, lean to the right. no tin foil here, but seems like an interesting coincidence.
If he used a picture of me without permission I would sue the shit out of them too.
